Tired of filing and storing all those reports for years on end? We have the solution for you- a completely paperless payroll process.
That’s right! All your time timesheets, pay stubs and reports will all be online! Your employees can clock-in, approve their own time cards and supervisors can approve their employees’ time cards- all online! These virtual time cards are automatically entered into your online payroll folder, which means no inputting for you!! When your payroll is ready to hand over to us, just hit the submit payroll button online and you are done.
Once we have processed the payroll, we can pay your employees one of two (paperless) ways: 1) direct deposit or 2) pay card. Pay cards are available for those employees that don’t have a checking account. This is a personal card that is automatically loaded each time we run the payroll with their “paycheck”. All pay stubs and vouchers can be viewed online by you and your employees! Everyone gets their own private username and password to access their own pay stubs, W-2’s and demographic information. As an employer, you will also have access to all of your payroll reports (and much more!) through this same online login.
Not only does this make your life (and ours!) much easier, but it also saves trees! Sounds like a win-win situation to me. What do you think?
